Thank you for your interest in booking me!

Let's cover some general housekeeping. 

Working as a creative I'm open to many different projects! That being said the project concept must be discussed and agreed upon before I confirm the booking. 

I am a versatile collaborator and I value each project and personalize according to your creative needs and expectations. When inquiring to work with me please include inspiration, mood boards, or any other materials that will help me to better understand your vision for the project. This not only helps me to determine if I will be a good fit but, it also allows me time to visualize and conceptualize how I can best embody the elements of your vision. 

Please note: I personally do not book nude projects at this time.

My rate is project dependent so please include the budget and/or compensation for the project when sending an inquiry. 

Please note: I take a very limited number of creative collaborations. If you want to book me but don't have the funds to do so, please send me your concept and pitch and I will be happy to consider your proposal. I love to get creative and artistic with projects but can only take on a limited number of creative shoots.  So, please include a detailed project brief with a mood board and or inspiration when you shoot me a message so I can get as excited about the project as you are! 

I request a 25% deposit to confirm your booking in my calendar. 

The remaining 75% will be collected on the day of the project before I leave the set. I currently accept payment through e-transfer, PayPal or cash. 

If you book through my agent, their booking policy and payment applies to the agreed upon project.

Travel costs to and from the set are the responsibility and to be covered by the client (you) unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Generally, if it's within the Greater Toronto Area I will agree to be responsible for my own transportation.  

Life happens sometimes and so I can be accommodating to circumstances out of our control.  If you plan to shoot outdoors I recommend that you have an indoor backup. I am fairly tolerant of weather but I know your equipment likely isn't!

If rescheduling or a change cannot be accommodated I do require a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is 7 days prior of the agreed date and time I will keep the deposit. If it is within 7 days to the agreed upon date I will invoice you for another 25% of the agreed upon rate ( for a total of 50%)  to be paid within the 7 days.  If it is within 24 hours of the agreed upon date & time my cancellation fee is the remaining 75% of the agreed upon rate to be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.  

If you are running behind schedule I will wait however, our shoot time will still end at the agreed upon time with no alterations made to my rate. I often have days scheduled fully so I usually can't be flexible with end times (however I will if I am able to). If you are over 45 mins late and have made no communication with me directly I will send you an invoice for the remaining 75% of my rate to be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice issue date. 

I understand that life happens sometimes however, my time is valuable and this is my income so I ask you to be respectful of that.  

In the very rare event (I've never needed to before) that I must cancel your full deposit will be refunded. 

Please always include a credit in the form of either "Bethany Didtrek" or @bethanydidtrek wherever a credit is applied.

MUSIC VIDEOS & PROMOTIONAL FILMS:

All fees will be negotiated, structured, and paid by the client on a case by case basis. In normal circumstances, there will be a fee for the shoot plus an additional buyout fee payable by the client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
You, the client, and anyone obtaining rights from or through you are not entitled to use any images for any usage beyond those  original agreed upon. 

By confirming the booking you, the client,  acknowledge and agree that I may use the images resulting from any booking in any form whatsoever, solely in order to promote my personal brand and in the search of future job opportunities. I acknowledge and agree not to exploit the images for commercial purposes, other than as set out in the initial agreed upon booking. 

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS:
Additional fees are payable for the right to use the image or reproductions, or adaptations of, or drawings derived from that image, or any other representation of it, either complete or in part whether alone or in conjunction with any wording or other images, photographs, drawings or anticipated purposes which are in addition to and outside the scope of the initial permitted use, and must be agreed upon by both myself (the model) and you (the client). For the avoidance of doubt, additional fees are payable for the right to use the model's image or reproductions, or adaptations of, or drawings derived from that image, or any other representation of it, either complete or in part whether alone or in conjunction with any wording or other images, photographs, drawings online or in any digital media including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Flickr, Blogs or other social networking websites or media. Unless otherwise agreed, the additional fees cover the right to use one image for one year from the date of booking.
